Quand ce cas arrive, il faut transmettre les infos à Culinary pour qu'il valide un renvoi. Si Culinary valide, il faut dire au client qu'on va lui renvoyer sa commande et il faut savoir s'il veut le renvoi à la même adresse ou à un autre endroit.
